Most people think that their home is the best place in the world to raise a family. Unfortunately, that’s where all the problems begin.
One of the best ways to get rid of ants in the attic is to place bait at the base of their nests and wait. After a while, the ants will start moving through the bait, and once they find the poison, they’ll come down to eat it. If you suspect that carpenter ants are present in the insulation within your attic, measures should immediately be taken to eradicate them as quickly as possible. You can spray them with a water-based ant killer. You can place some bait under a tray, and when they come looking for food, they fall into the tray and drown. Another method involves spraying the ants with a mix of sugar and dish soap. But remember, if you’re spraying anything, please don’t spray directly in your child’s mouth!
